1. The service

movienot is a private social platform for rating movies, TV shows, and YouTube content, operated by Lemberg Agency, London, UK.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older. Under 18 requires parental consent.

3. Your account

You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. Accurate information is required. No impersonation.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
• No IP infringement.
• No spam or scraping.
• No commercial use without consent.
• No circumventing the invite system by mass-sharing links.

5. Your content

You retain ownership. You grant Lemberg Agency a licence to display and store your content to operate the service.

6. Third-party content

Movie data comes from TMDB and YouTube. Rights remain with their owners.

7. Availability

We aim for uptime but cannot guarantee it. We may modify features at any time.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

No indirect or consequential damages. Total liability capped at amounts paid (currently zero). Nothing excludes liability for negligence causing death or injury, or for fraud.

10. Governing law

England and Wales.

11. Changes

You will be notified via the app or email. Continued use means acceptance.
